All payments for BetterCulture events are final and non-refundable, as they secure a reserved spot in a program.
That said, we do offer flexibility as circumstances arise:
- Substitute Attendees: If a participant is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their registration to another person in the same organization at no additional cost. Notice must be provided to BetterCulture (by emailing info@betterculture.com) at least 14 days prior to the event.
- Event Transfer: If no substitute attendee is available, individuals may request to transfer their registration to a future BetterCulture event. A transfer request must be provided at least 30 days prior to the event date by emailing info@betterculture.com. BetterCulture has sole discretion in determining if a registration can be transferred to a future event and does not guarantee that registrations will be eligible for transfer to a future event. Additional fees may apply. Event transfers are valid only once and cannot be requested a second time.
- Health or Emergency Circumstances: Exceptions will be considered in the case of health or other emergency situations, and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@betterculture.com with any specific requests or inquiries.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows that do not meet the above requirements.
